What hardware and version do I need In a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 standard key with a evo all it calls for hardware 6 version 4.06 but the evo all is hardware 7 and it doesn't give me a version 4.06

Evo all with a smart start dsm550

So I hooked a dsm550 smart start to a evo all on my 2019 dodge ram gas standard tip key all works as it should but every time I send a command from my phone it takes a bit and I get a code 702 what would be the cause of this

SmartStart EVO-ONE Hookup

I'm testing a StartSmart to my EVO-ONE but I'm having trouble with the "Program your remote" step. I can actually hear the SmartStart buzz when it receives the lock command but the remote programming fails (parking lights don't flash). I followed the EVO-ONE + SmartStart instructions and modified a Datalink cable to fit (and grounded the grey wire). I noticed this is the only RF kit that plugs into the black Datalink port of the EVO-ONE, not the small blue port. Is this correct?
